Include the people who overlap on the job
Describe the busiest working period, not only the first crew arriving at a Dania Beach project. Mention subcontractors, shifts and any work areas separated from the proposed facilities. Identify which permanent bathrooms are actually available to workers before discussing a quantity recommendation.
Keep the placement out of the next delivery
Review where materials and vehicles will go as the work develops. Toilet access and handwashing must remain usable while a service vehicle still has an agreed approach. Name the person responsible for keeping that access clear and discuss a revised plan before moving equipment or changing the entrance.
Cover a work area that opens later
If part of the project starts after the initial crew arrives, tell the provider when that area becomes active and how workers will reach facilities. Discuss any additional provision before the overlap occurs. A separate working area can change the practical arrangement even when the total workforce has changed only slightly.
