Separate washing demand from toilet demand
Vendors, helpers and guests may need to wash without entering a toilet. Explain the refreshments and work taking place so washing can be discussed as its own facility. Choose a position people can reach easily without creating a queue across the restroom entrance or supplier approach.
Check the replenishment handoff
Confirm water, soap, towels and wastewater arrangements for the quoted station. For a long or multi-session event, ask what attention is included and who should report shortages. A sanitizer dispenser inside another unit should not be treated as confirmation of soap-and-water washing.
Plan who notices when supplies run low
A busy programme needs a clear way to report shortages between agreed visits. Name the event or site contact and ask what water, soap, towels and wastewater attention the proposal includes. Tell the provider about groups washing independently of toilet use. Do not rely on the station’s appearance to estimate its remaining supplies or unattended operating period.
