Identify the missing facility first
Explain whether the need is an extra standalone toilet, washing or support for people outside the vehicle. Do not assume a portable-toilet enquiry includes pump-out, water delivery or connection to an RV system. Describe the exact task so the business can confirm whether it can be included.
Check where equipment can stand
Ask the property or campground contact about approved placement and vehicle visits. Share the actual approach and intended duration. Review supplies, service and collection for the standalone facility separately from the arrangements for the camper or its utilities.
List a tank service as a different question
A standalone toilet enquiry and a request to service a vehicle’s waste system are not the same brief. Explain exactly what you need and ask what the business can arrange. Confirm any separate service, connections and property permission explicitly; selecting a portable cabin does not establish that vehicle pumping or water delivery is included.
- Standalone and vehicle needs separated
- Additional service expressly discussed
- Property arrangements confirmed
