Explain the gaps between activities
A repeating programme may have busy sessions and quiet days rather than continuous use. Share the active dates, attendance pattern and whether the property can be entered between events. That helps the discussion address maintenance and access as well as the first delivery.
Keep changes connected to the order
Ask what happens if a session moves, is cancelled or adds more people. Confirm revised service or collection rather than assuming visits stop during a break. If different organisers manage successive dates, keep a consistent contact and the agreed instructions available.
Give the next organiser the equipment instructions
When different people run successive sessions, hand over the order contact, accepted facility position and reporting procedure. Identify who is responsible during the gap between activities. Ask the provider to confirm changes in the programme; a cancelled session does not itself revise agreed visits, collection or billing terms.
