Review the trailer before arranging the décor
A restroom trailer introduces access, position and connection questions beyond the look of its interior. Ask for the actual model’s requirements and have the venue contact review the proposed arrival route. Keep the delivery area available until the equipment is placed, rather than surrounding it with other event installations first.
Make the guest features explicit
Confirm which amenities are included, how accessible needs are addressed and who provides required utilities. Review service during the occasion and the collection window afterwards. If the venue cannot support the preferred trailer, compare a suitable cabin arrangement before relying on a booking.
What if the preferred trailer cannot be accommodated?
Ask which requirement prevents the proposed model from fitting the venue: approach, standing space, entry or a supporting connection. Discuss another model or a cabin-and-washing arrangement against the same guest needs. Have the organiser review the revised layout before accepting a substitute, rather than assuming a smaller-looking alternative has identical requirements.
