Choose around the guest journey
Walk through where guests will gather, sit and reach the restrooms. Consider lighting, privacy, washing and accessible routes with the coordinator. Compare existing venue facilities with the full wedding timetable before choosing upgraded cabins or a trailer; a finish preference cannot resolve unsuitable access or missing connections.
Give the coordinator a usable equipment brief
Record the actual amenities, required utilities, position and delivery window. Include preparation and pack-down in the period of use, and identify a contact for any service concern. Review a practical alternative if the preferred equipment does not fit the approved venue arrangement.
Share the restroom plan with someone staying through cleanup
The couple or main organiser may leave before the last supplier. Identify who can report a concern and provide the agreed collection access afterwards. Keep equipment instructions with that person. If the celebration or cleanup lasts longer than expected, request confirmation of any extension instead of treating the revised schedule as an automatic rental change.
- Contact through the final cleanup
- Order and equipment instructions available
- Additional time requested explicitly
